The Orange County Fair is in town .. and so far we have experienced the fun that is the fair two times. Remember last year we manged three visits but I'm thinking we are going to leave it a just two this this around. Both times we went on a Friday .. one time at night (without the kids) and one time during the day with the whole family. Highlights for the kids at the age that they're at are definitely the rides (can you say $$$) and the farm animals. I lost count how many times Isabel asked to go to the petting zoo and she got her wish just as we were leaving.
In past years we have brought home a goldfish and photobooth pics as souvenirs from the OC Fair .. this year Isabel (with the help of her daddy) won herself a toy giraffe. Aaaaah yes another addition to the ever increasing stuffed animal pile. :/.
Somebody was all about this great big orange .. he knew exactly what to do and how to pose when he saw the camera come out. Ha!
And just because here is a pic of our first visit without the kids ... yay! to sipping red wine as we took in the sight, sounds and people of the OC Fair! And yay! for making them wait a looooong time for 2 photobooth pics that they were so excited about. Oh Wait! I guess it's just me that loves taking cute pics in a photobooth ... even if it costs $6. :))
