This last week has been pretty memorable when it comes Isabel and her development!
She is definitely on the move! It's not the conventional 'crawl' that most babies do ... it's more of a lazy or maybe more like the army crawl that she is doing but however you describe the technique - it's getting her to where she wants to go just as fast that's for sure! Put a toy out there and she will make sure to get to it no matter what it takes.
Our little baby is not so little anymore. She is extremely determined these days and can now pull on skirts, pants, legs, the couch or whatever else she can get a firm grip on to get herself up on her feet. Once she is standing in front of the couch she can 'shimmy' from one side to the next on her own with those gorgeous little legs of hers.
Miss Isabel likes to groove out ... she has the head bobbing to boot! We move our heads and bodies and she imitates with the head wobble.
These days it's all about the word "dabba" or "dadda" or other versions of that for everything!!
As I write this Jason is giving me his discription of these changes as her being a "wild child" that ... "squeals, moves, bites, moans and flips ...... as if it's she was bitten by some strange australian animal that is converting her into a starving dingo". These were daddy's exact words!! :)
Daddy has the weirdest best descriptions for things. Ha!
